HIRC - halal FOOD GUIDELINES

HIRC halal food guidelines are followed very strictly in order to eliminate any chances of a mistake. We make sure that a premise only produces Halal products, complies with good manufacturing practices like the HACCP/ISO/PSQCA and other relevant industrial practices. As well as ensure a clean and environmental friendly process of working.

We also undertake procedures of Halal slaughtering compliances wherever applied and allow only certified Halal ingredients to be used in their food production. This means that we make sure they are free from:

Pork and other non-allowed animals
Alcohol/Wine/Liquor as direct or indirect use
Animal parts or non-Halal certified fat, enzymes.
Filth or Najis
All kinds of blood
Contamination with Non-Halal products
