Mr Musheer has over 40 years of banking experience in top-tier financial institutions. Prior to HIRC, he
was the Chief Executive at Bullion Bank Kenya (currently Equitorial Bank Kenya), Head of Internal audit
and operations at National Bank of Oman, Vice President at Muslim Commercial Bank and Regional
manager at Agriculture Development Bank Pakistan. He has attended various courses on Islamic Fiqh,
Shari'a law and Islamic finance at International Islamic University of Islamabad. Mr Musheer holds a
Masters degree in Agro-Chemical Sciences, diploma in banking operations and has a fellowship from
Economic Development Institute of World Bank.



Mr Rizwan is a seasoned Shari'a consultant with over 20 years of banking operations and IT experience.
He has worked with leading Islamic banks in Middle East and Asia for development and implementation
of Islamic finance products. Prior to EFS-HIRC, Mr Warsi was the head of Operations and IT at African
Banking Corporation. He is a recipient of "Best Business Solution of Year 2000" award for his
development of Pakistan's first Shari'a compliant core banking solution which is being used today
by leading Islamic banks of Pakistan. Mr Warsi holds a degree in Computer Sciences (Management
Information System) from Sheffield University UK and a postgraduate diploma in Islamic Banking and
Finance from Centre of Islamic Economics Dar-ul-uloom Pakistan.



Mr Raheel is a Shari'a consultant with more than 6 years of experience in advising clients on Halal
process implementation. He has worked with leading financial institutions in USA, Europe, Middle East
and Asia advising them on Islamic finance product development and implementation. He is also an
influential speaker on various Shari'a related topics including Islamic banking & finance both in Pakistan
and abroad. Prior to EFS-HIRC, Mr Iqbal was the Associate Partner at Islamic Capital Partners and Senior
Vice President with Anchor Capital Pakistan. He has jointly published a book on "Islamic Sukuk – Shari'a
compliant bonds" which has received an overwhelming response from the major central banks and
leading financial institutions of the world. Mr Iqbal is a graduate of Manchester Business School, UK and
a certified Islamic banking and Finance expert from Centre of Islamic Economics Dar-ul-uloom Pakistan.
